Covid Policies

Your health remains our highest priority. In 2021, we are working hard to reopen our stores to the public—but not without measures to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff. In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented a handful of health practices that you can expect to see implemented at each of our stores:

  • Physical distancing. Our staff is employing social distancing in each of our stores, maintaining six feet between customers and other staff members.

  • Hand sanitizer stations. With stations scattered throughout our stores, customers and staff are encouraged to clean their hands frequently.

  • Face masks in store. To help stop the spread of germs, we are requiring all of our staff members to wear face masks at all times.

  • Garment quarantine. Whenever a garment is tried on in one of our stores but isn’t purchased, we place it in quarantine for a 24-hour period.

  • Change room sanitization. After a customer uses one of our change rooms, we sanitize the room so that it is safe for the next customer to enter.
