All orders at Grafic are processed with the utmost care, typically within 1–2 business days. We partner with Canada Post and FedEx to ensure secure delivery; however, please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you place multiple orders to the same destination under one account, we will automatically combine your shipments and adjust shipping fees accordingly unless you request otherwise. For our United States customers, please be advised that as of August 29, 2025, all incoming packages require duties to be prepaid at checkout. These duties are non-refundable and will apply even if an item is later returned.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We are pleased to offer Free Ground Shipping on all Canadian orders over $500. For orders below this threshold, or for those requiring faster delivery, we offer a range of options: Regular Parcel ($30.00) delivered within 2–9 business days, Xpresspost ($45.00) for 1–2 day delivery, and Priority ($60.00) for guaranteed next-day service. Delivery times depend on your proximity to the Greater Toronto Area (Local), Ontario/Québec (Regional), or the rest of Canada (National). As a courtesy to our domestic clients, free returns are available for items shipped within Canada only.
International & U.S. Shipping
For orders shipped to the United States, shipping options include Tracked Packet ($40.00), Expedited Parcel ($60.00), and Xpresspost ($80.00), with delivery times ranging from 2 to 10 business days. International shipping is available via Tracked Packet ($120.00), Xpresspost ($160.00), or Priority Worldwide ($250.00) for delivery within 2 to 15 business days. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country, which may cause delays beyond our control. International and U.S. orders are not eligible for free return shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
Grafic accepts returns on standard-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all designer tags and packaging intact. Please be aware that all discounted sale items, intimate apparel, and custom orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
