Shipping Policy
As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. requires all incoming packages to have duties prepaid. These duties will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout. Please note that duties are non-refundable and will still apply if an item is returned.
Grafic.com uses Canada Post or FedEx for all shipments. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined and shipping fees will be adjusted, unless otherwise requested.
Days in the following tables refer to business days. An additional 1-2 business days processing time may be required.
CANADA
Free ground shipping applies only within Canada on orders over $500.
