Return Policy

Items marked sale are final sale and cannot be returned. A Return Authorization number must be requested within 14 days of the order's delivery date. The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and original tags must be attached. Footwear must be accompanied by the original box in its original condition, without Postal labels. We do not accept returns for underwear and swimwear. Shipping fees are not refundable. The balance of your Return Authorization will be refunded to your credit card within 7 business days of the reception of the item at the Grafic warehouse. All returns must be authorized by us prior to the return. Please contact us by email or phone to make a Return Authorization request. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.

Any returns received without a Return Authorization number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of Grafic.

Please Note: All customers are subject to a maximum of three returns (marked full price) per year. All sales will be final for accounts that have reached the maximum return limit.

United States Returns

At this time, we do not offer free shipping for returns from the U.S. Customers will have to create their own shipping label via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Returns shipped with services other than USPS will incur brokerage fees which may be deducted from your return at the discretion of Grafic. All returned items should be declared as a "Return of Canadian Merchandise" on the customs declaration; returned packages that don't have this mention on their custom declaration may not be successfully delivered to our warehouse and may incur additional fees. International Returns

In-Store Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it in its original condition within 15 days of purchase, for in-store credit or exchange.  No refunds.  Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.  The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and all original tags must be attached. Footwear must be accompanied by the original box in its original condition.  We do not accept returns for underwear and swimwear. All returns are subject to approval by Grafic. 

Price Protection – Online & In-Store

Excluding coupons and temporary price reductions, we offer a one-time price adjustment on items purchased up to 10 days before the item goes on sale. Please note that in order for an item to qualify for a price adjustment, the same style and size must be available for purchase at the time of your price adjustment request.  All returns are subject to a 5 to 7 day processing period.

Item Availability

The merchandise available on grafic.com is subject to change. To stay informed of new arrivals and sales, you can register to receive our newsletter when creating an account. Despite our efforts in synchronizing the website merchandise with our stock, some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. In this case, we will refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.
